   The Magnolia Bakery Cafe will be pleased to cater your event for any size group.
Below we have addressed the most common issues and questions we are
asked about our catering policy.
 
 
   BILLING ~
  • You receive one invoice upon delivery; please pay from the invoice according to your terms.
 
   ORDERING ~
  • Driver may assist in displaying food if time allows.
  • Please place your orders for breakfast trays and fruit trays by 4:00 p.m. the day before.
  • You can place an order by phone or fax.
  • If you place an order too late in the day, we may not be able to deliver but can make it for pick-up.
  • Specify setups if needed to include plastic ware, plates, cups, napkins, ice.
 
   PASTRY TRAYS ~
  • The portions for a pastry tray are 1½ items per person, assorted with muffins, bagels with cream cheese, filled croissants, cinnamon rolls, and sticky buns.
  • If you desire a specific number of a certain item, please indicate when you place your order.
 
   FRUIT TRAYS ~
  • Fruit is bought the day before and is prepared the morning of the order.
  • The fruit market is a very seasonal market. When fruit prices are low, we quite often recommend ordering less than the number in your party, because the portions will be larger.
